Our Team
Our expert physios have been servicing the Northern Beaches community of Sydney since 2004. Back To Health Physiotherapy Newport (Formally Robertson Road Physiotherapy, Newport) is a family business owned by local Craig Macdonald.
Craig MacDonald
Craig has been practicing physiotherapy since 1999. He has extensive experience in a full range of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Craig uses thorough assessment, an individual approach to each patient and the latest treatment techniques to gain the best results for his patients.
Craig is one of the most experienced SCENAR Therapy trained physios in Australia and has been recognised with the qualification of Certified SCENAR Practitioner TM. This is the highest qualification available in SCENAR Therapy.
Craig’s passion for SCENAR Therapy comes from his own dramatic recovery from chronic fatigue syndrome using SCENAR therapy. He has a special interest in treating people with complex health problems and problems that have been unresponsive to other therapies.
When not at the clinic Craig can be found with his wife and three young children, or running and swimming at the local beaches.
David Duindam
David Duindam graduated from the Dunedin School Of Physiotherapy at Otago University, New Zealand in 2009. Since then he has had experience working in private practice in Sacramento, California and Tauranga, New Zealand and now at Newport. David brings expertise to treating acute and chronic injuries and illness with a wide variety of treatments including SCENAR Therapy. He has an honest passion for helping patients become pain free and returning them to things they love doing.
David’s interest in the management of sports injuries has lead to him providing Physiotherapy to a range of different sports teams including soccer, rugby and gymnastics. This has given him great skills in sports injury management.
When he is not practicing David can be found exploring different parts of his new home Sydney, spending time exercising, watching sport with friends and visiting the beach.
